As an exhibitor, your company can:

Our 2017 exhibitor benefit package includes:

  • Personal identification - All exhibitors are identified by their delegate badges;
  • Networking, advertising - All exhibitors are presented as such prior to, during and after the event and listed in the program;
  • Attendee contact information - You will be provided attendee contact information before and after the event;
  • Exposure - Most scheduled meals throughout the day will take place in the exhibition to ensure maximum exposure to delegates;
  • Delegate Registration – Each 8’ x 10’ booth includes one (1) complimentary delegate registration;
  • Exhibit Passport - Delegates will be encouraged to participate in the "Exhibit Passport" as a way to encourage maximize booth traffic and be entered into a Prize Draw provided by CCMTA;

Standard booth size is 8' x 10' and includes:

• Pipe and Drape (back and side walls)
• One 6 foot table with black linen
• Two chairs
• Carpeting (the exhibit hall is carpeted)
• Exhibition space is secured when closed
• A 25-word company profile in CCMTA's 2017 Annual Meeting Program
• One complimentary delegate registration* which allows full admission to the program, including educational sessions, meetings, scheduled meals/breaks, and all the evening social events.

*Important Note: Completion of the booth application form only reserves booth space and does not serve as a delegate registration. Exhibitors are required to complete a delegate registration upon receiving confirmation of booth space. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration.

Fees

Standard 8' x 10' Booth: $1,525** for members and associates; $2,025 for all others.

Prepayment of booth space is required in order to secure your space.

* Fees do not include HST (5%). The place of supply rule dictates taxes are charged based on location of the services provided. GST/HST Registration number: 122329659RT. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

** 2017 Associates fees must be paid in full to benefit from the reduced rate.

Arrangements for additional items (e.g. electricity, additional tables or chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Show Services Guide will be sent once payment is received.

Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, after which a priority list will be established. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time. For space to be assigned, full payment must be received.

Exhibitors applying after April 11, 2017 will not be represented in the Annual Meeting printed program, however will be represented via a separate insert.

The deadline to apply is April 11, 2017.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing by the dates specified. Full refunds of registration and event fees issued until March 1, 2017. Refunds of 50 percent issued until April 11, 2017. Refunds will not be issued after April 11, 2017.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I am interested in supporting this event; however, I cannot exhibit. Are sponsorship opportunities available?
    Yes, those organizations interested in contributing to this event by way of sponsorship can refer to the Sponsorship Package.

  2. I have completed my exhibitor application form. Do I need to register as a delegate as well?
    Yes. All exhibitors are required to complete the delegate registration in order to participate in the various activities planned during the Annual Meeting. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration.

  3. How do I pay for exhibition and do I have to pre-pay?
    Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or company check. Additionally, CCMTA associates and government members can request an invoice. Exhibition must be paid in full before the booth space is secured and confirmed.

  4. How do I get additional information?
