Our 2024 exhibitor benefit packages include:
Personal identification - All exhibitors are identified by their delegate badges;
Networking, advertising - All exhibitors are presented as such prior to, during and after the event and listed in the annual meeting app;
Attendee contact information - Exhibitors will be provided attendee contact information before and after the event;
Exposure - Daily refreshment breaks as well as most scheduled meals will be held in the exhibition hall to ensure maximum exposure to delegates, providing 6-8 hours of dedicated exhibit time.
Exhibit Traffic Builders - Delegates will be encouraged to participate in the Exhibit Passport as a way to maximize booth traffic and be entered into a Prize Draw provided by CCMTA.

*Important Note: Completion of the booth application form only reserves booth space and does notserve as a delegate registration. Arrangements for additional items (e.g. carpeting, electricity, additional tables or chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Show Services Guide will be sent once paymentis received.

I am interested in supporting this event; however, I cannot exhibit. Are sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes, those organizations interested in contributing to this event by way of sponsorship can refer to the Sponsorship Package.
I have completed my exhibitor application form. Do I need to register as a delegate as well?
Yes. All exhibitors are required to complete the delegate registration to participate in the various activities planned during the Annual Meeting. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration.
How are booth spaces assigned?
Reservations for booth space are confirmed and assigned on a first come, first-served basis, however CCMTA will make every attempt to meet specific requests for space and provides consideration for returning exhibiting organization and CCMTA Annual Meeting sponsors. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time. For space to be assigned, full payment must be received.
How do I pay for exhibition booth fees and do I have to pre-pay?
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express*, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or company cheque. Additionally, CCMTA Associates and government members can request an invoice. Exhibition must be paid in full before the booth space is secured and confirmed. *Some limitations may apply. Please contact us directly.
