CCMTA announces Linda McAusland as new President and CEO

On behalf of the Board of Directors of CCMTA, I am pleased to announce that, after conducting a comprehensive national search process, Linda McAusland will be joining us as CCMTA’s new President and CEO. 

Linda is a well-respected and trusted public sector leader who has held a variety of senior executive roles within the Ontario Government. She has extensive experience providing support and advice to political leaders, a proven track record of leading organizational change and a reputation for delivering in fast paced, demanding environments. Her leadership style is one that develops and supports strong teams.  Linda has diverse experience in Human Resources, Finance, Policy, Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment/Audit, Safety and Operations along with extensive Board experience.  Her unique mix of skills and leadership qualities position her for success in leading our organization in her role as CEO with CCMTA. The Board is looking forward to working with Linda as we continue to build on our strong foundation. 

The CCMTA Board of Directors wishes to extend its thanks to Allison Fradette for her 14 years of dedication to advancing the mandate of CCMTA.  Allison has graciously supported CCMTA during the search process and will continue to ensure a smooth transition in leadership and we would also like to thank CCMTA’s senior leadership team for their dedication and passion throughout the past months. 

Linda’s first official day will be March 3, 2025.
