Host Hotel
 

The Delta Hotels Regina  1919 Saskatchewan Dr. Regina, Saskatchewan  Located in the heart of downtown Regina, the Delta Hotels Regina is connected to Cornwall Shopping Centre and Casino Regina. It offers easy access to Mosaic Stadium, The Co-operators Centre, and top attractions, and is the official host hotel for the 2025 Annual Meeting.

A block of guest rooms is available for registered CCMTA Annual Meeting delegates at preferred rates. We highly recommend that you reserve early to ensure you receive the conference rate.

Please use the CCMTA Group Booking Link to make reservations online. You may also make reservations by calling 1-306-525-5255, quoting the Group Code “Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators” to access preferred rates.  

Group Rate: $171 per night single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. Subject to availability* 

The deadline for reservations is May 5, 2025. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible in order to secure your accommodations. CCMTA cannot accommodate attendees once the room block has been filled or the deadline has passed.  

Note that in the event you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early checkout fee will apply.  To avoid an early checkout fee, please advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.   

For those who plan to arrive early or stay longer, the CCMTA group rate may be available two days prior to and after our meeting dates, based on hotel availability. 

Important Note: CCMTA does not endorse the use of any third-party booking companies. All approved service providers are clearly communicated in our event materials. Attendees should be aware of the malicious practice of room block poaching where third-party companies misrepresent themselves as being associated with an event to solicit attendees for room reservations or gain access to personal information. CCMTA strongly recommends booking reservations using the direct-book link provided or by contacting the host property directly. If in doubt, please reach out to our team at any time to confirm validity of a service provider.

Ground Transportation
Regina International Airport (YQR) is located approximately 3.9 km from the city centre and the Delta Hotels Regina. Delegates are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. 

Taxis and other Ground Transportation 
Regina International Airport has partnerships with several taxi companies. These taxis are queued outside. All taxi providers can drop off right at the curb, but if you pre-book a taxi pickup from Co-op Taxi or Rider Cabs, they will pick you up at the commercial lane inside of Short Term Parking Lot (right across from the main doors).

Uber is available for pickup and drop off at Regina International Airport. Uber pickup is done in the Short-Term Parking lot directly outside the terminal building. Follow the Uber signs from the Arrivals Hall doors. To request an Uber, please visit their website www.uber.com or download their app on your smartphone or mobile device. 

Car Rentals 
Six car rental companies provide service to the Regina International Airport. See list here. All vehicles are located a short distance from the terminal building. See MAP. We recommend planning ahead and booking early where possible. 

Hotel Parking 
Parking is available at the Delta Hotels Regina for hotel guests. The following rates apply:   

• On-Site Parking: $20/day   
• Electric Car Charging Station

Additional Parking Information 
Additional parking is available in the Rose Street Parkade CDN 20, underground CDN 30. Fees are per night excluding tax and subject to change without notice.
