Sponsorship of the CCMTA Annual Meeting provides you and your business with exposure to Canada's key stakeholders and leaders involved in the coordination, administration, regulation and control of motor vehicle transportation and highway safety.

As there will no exhibition component for the 2022 Annual Meeting, this is your opportunity to raise the profile of your organization among officials from Canada’s federal, provincial and territorial governments, and the North American road safety community.

  1. Can I sponsor a specific event or portion of the program?

    All sponsorship funds are pooled to fund the various activities in support of the Annual Meeting.
     
  2. Do I have to be a CCMTA Associate to become a sponsor?

    We welcome sponsorship applications from all groups and individuals among the road safety community who have an interest in supporting the CCMTA Annual Meeting. However, CCMTA reviews all applications for sponsorship and reserves the right to refuse an application at any time.
     
  3. May I attend the CCMTA Meetings?

    You are welcome to attend any of the educational sessions and "open" meetings; however, to attend, you must register in advance as a delegate for the CCMTA Annual Meeting. A registration fee may apply depending on your sponsorship level. Refer to the registration package that will be issued in March 2022 for full details.
     
  4. How do I pay for sponsorship? Do I have to pre-pay?

    Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express*, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or company check. Additionally, CCMTA associates and government members can request an invoice. Sponsorship must be paid in full prior to attending the 2022 Annual Meeting. Applications are considered pending until payment is received. *Limitations apply; please contact us for details.
     
  5. Who has participated as a sponsor at previous CCMTA Annual Meetings?

    Sponsors of previous CCMTA Annual Meetings are available on our website under Events > Past Annual Meetings. Simply click on “Additional Information” to view the listing for each year.
