The 2025 Annual Meeting activities will take place at the Delta Hotels Regina.

Closed Meetings are limited to Board of Directors or Program Committee members, invited guests and speakers.

 First time attendees are encouraged to take part in the
 Newcomer’s Session which will provide a general introduction to
 CCMTA, the Annual Meeting Program and allow you to meet other
 first-time attendees.

 The Welcoming Reception is the perfect opportunity to socialize,
 reconnect with fellow delegates, and visit with 2025 Annual
 Meeting Exhibitors while enjoying a few appetizers before you set
 out to explore Regina for the evening. 

Saddle up and wear your favourite plaid shirt to help us embrace Saskatchewan’s proud prairie roots! Munch on some country cookin’ and try your hand at rustlin’ some stray steers on the trail. Don’t miss your chance to win some great prizes and mingle with your CCMTA friends and colleagues as we gallop full speed into the heart of cowboy culture! Yeehaw!

 All good things must come to a close -- we will wrap-up the last
 evening of the 2025 Annual Meeting with a dinner,
 followed by awards presentations.

Join us as we break bread and recognize some of our CCMTA members’ outstanding achievements in 2024. And survey says! You won’t want to miss the evening’s finale, Family Feud – CCMTA edition! Cheer on your favourite CCMTA family as they go head-to-head to conquer the board and play the feud! 

Simultaneous interpretation will be offered for the open Board of Directors Meeting.
